During my weight loss programme, I help clients to address the emotional and psychological aspects of their lives, as well as promoting the motivation to eat healthily and enjoy appropriate exercise. I provided weight loss hypnotherapy in Nottingham and the surrounding areas and know that when we feel good about ourselves, it becomes natural to want to look after ourselves.

It is clear after many years of talking to my weight-loss clients, that they are usually extremely knowledgeable about food, and understand the need to exercise. However, it has also become apparent that often, in order to LOSE WEIGHT AND STAY THERE we have to look beyond eating sensibly, and understand self-esteem/confidence issues that may have become embedded into our thinking.

It is usually these issues that are responsible for the fact we often lose weight, put it back on, lose it, gain it, and so on. To enable a healthy relationship with food we need, above all, to have a healthy relationship with ourselves – and this is where I CAN MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE AND HELP YOU.
